We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and there are a number of options available for you to return or exchange your purchase.
We will happily refund purchases made through www.ellysofocli.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please allow 24 hours for our online department to assist you with any questions or to obtain a return authorisation number. Please note, any orders received without a RA will not be accepted.
Returned orders must be in original condition including tags attached, original packaging, no signs of wear or damage.
All pieces are inspected prior to dispatch and will be inspected by our QC team upon their arrival. We will refuse any returns which do not coincide with the above return requirements.
All costs associated with postage/shipping for orders and returns will be at the expense of the consumer and is not included in refund amount.
